Ordering Guidelines

Orders can be placed through our website or by phone. We prefer orders via our website as orders taken over the phone are subject to miscommunication.

Orders are processed as received, but are not dispatched until payment has been received. Some orders require us to order product in; we will advise of any delays. All orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

Payment Methods

Please note that international orders must be paid for via direct deposit. Please email us for further information.

All orders must be paid for before shipment of goods.

We accept payment via most credit cards. MasterCard and Visa incur no additional fees from Aromanova.

We also accept Australian cheques and money orders made payable to Kylie Carr, which should be sent to:
