Shipping and Postage

Generally customers in the US and Canada find shipping to be too expensive, but if you wish to place an order and you are outside Australia, contact us via email prior to placing an order and we can advise you of shipping charges.

Freight costs are calculated based on weight, size and destination. We have an average cost for Australian customers only. International customers will be advised of overall freight charges based on the calculations from Australia Post. Once freight costs are calculated, customers will be advised and are required to give their approval before the order is processed.

Registered mail can be arranged upon request for the same cost we incur. Any additional charges will be forwarded to the customer and orders processed on confirmation.

International orders may require legal documents for export purposes. Please check with your local customs agent before committing to your order. Any penalties incurred in the processing of international orders will be paid for by the customer.

Returns and Replacements

Any discrepancies with your order need to be reported within seven (7) days of receipt. No returns or replacements will be issued after this period of time.

The customer will be reimbursed for freight costs to return goods, only if the reason for return is an error on the part of Aromanova. Approval will need to be arranged with Aromanova prior to the goods being returned.
